At Igniton, Ashley built a $2M brand in 12 months from start-up, establishing the quantum wellness pioneer's industry leading position.  At Datalogix, Ashley led collaboration efforts between the likes of Facebook, Twitter, P&G and Nestle to create the first digital Retail Media solution and leading to a $1B acquisition by Oracle. As President of ARS Group, Ashley led a company turnaround and subsequent acquisition by comScore, while also earning a P&G Supplier of the Year award.

Cannabis Industry Leadership

As Founding CMO of Charlotte’s Web, Ashley grew revenue from $4MM to $40MM in 18 months without traditional media, leading the brand to a successful $100MM IPO. He also served as Chief Revenue Officer at Dalwhinnie Farms, helping drive an 84% revenue increase and positioning the firm as Colorado’s #1 wholesale cannabis brand. As CMO, Ashley helped CENTR earn recognition by Brightfield Group as the #1 CBD beverage.  Ashley has also overseen a variety of successful multi-state cannabis operations in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, California and beyond.
